Six Sentence Stories #29

I stared coldly, at the face of my father. He has grown soft and weak in his old age. With weak hand he called over a servant, and myself. The servant handed us both a pewter goblet of wine, according to plan. My father drank the wine in one gulp, before his face turned blue. I watched and feigned concern as he fell from the throne.
