Review of The Broken Ones by Stephen M Irwin

The Broken OnesThe Broken Ones by Stephen M. Irwin

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Old style Noir with a dash of occult, and supernatural aspects. While a little slow to start, the world seems off as ghosts now live along side humans. Most of the people know who there ghosts are, everyone but Oscar. As things progress, the ghosts seem to be more harmful than helpful as ritualistic, and violent murders occurs. All with children as victims. Of course Oscar gets stuck with the case, and becomes almost obsessed with solving it.
